08/05/2010 - Cleantech Ventures completes sale of investment in Ecoult to East Penn
Cleantech Ventures as manager of the CEGT Fund completed the sale of its investment in Ecoult to East Penn Manufacturing Co. Inc. in May 2010.
East Penn is the world's largest and most modern independent battery manufacturing company, with a 520 acre manufacturing complex in Lyon Station, Pennsylvania, USA.
Cleantech Ventures' Andrew Pickering noted "Cleantech Ventures / CEGT provided the seed capital for Ecoult's formation in Victoria in 2007.
