Hardwear has delivered on its first major contract signed in May 2007 for the repair of turbine blades at AGL's Torrens Island Power Station in South Australia.

The contract was for the repair of 162 last and penultimate stage turbine blades utlising Hardwear's novel 'in-situ' laser resurfacing technology.

The technology has created significant global interest based on its benefits of reduced repair costs and reduced turbine downtime.
